By accessing or using the website at 10-04logistics.com or engaging with the freight brokerage services of 10-04 Logistics LLC ("10-04 Logistics," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

10-04 Logistics LLC is a licensed freight broker (MC #1758069, USDOT #4458706) that arranges the transportation of freight between shippers and carriers. Our services include spot freight quoting, load coordination, real-time shipment tracking, automated communications, and document processing. We act as an intermediary and do not own or operate any trucks or transportation equipment.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number to 10-04 Logistics LLC and engaging with our services, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages. These messages are operational in nature and may include: • Load status updates and delivery notifications • Shipment delay alerts and ETA changes • Pickup confirmations and delivery receipts • Document submission requests • Dispatch communications Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at info@10-04logistics.com. Opting out of SMS will not affect the services we provide to you.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Use our services only for lawful purposes • Not misrepresent your identity, authority, or freight details • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including FMCSA regulations • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

5. Carrier Requirements

Carriers working with 10-04 Logistics must maintain valid MC authority, adequate insurance coverage (minimum $1M cargo and $1M auto liability), a satisfactory FMCSA safety rating, and compliance with all applicable transportation regulations. 10-04 Logistics reserves the right to refuse to work with any carrier at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

10-04 Logistics LLC acts solely as a freight broker and is not liable for loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery of freight. Liability for freight loss or damage rests with the carrier. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10-04 Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the brokerage fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of 10-04 Logistics LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Privacy
